In this weeks episode, Calumn and I tear down 5 of the most common fitness and nutrition myuths we see on social media.

The fact that we have to do this type of thing fairly regularly shows just how much nonsense is being spouted on social. Sometimes it’s because the individual doesn’t know better, we all start somewhere! But often we see it being used to sell products and supplements in an unethical way, praying on peoples fears to sell. them crappy products and leave them lighter in the wallet but not from the scales.

So we take the 5 most common ones we’ve seen recently and bust them wide open to let you know the real deal!
