A common complaint we hear from new clients is that their sessions aren’t hard enough, that they aren’t sweating enough or aren’t sore enough after their workouts. The issue is that they have been brainwashed into thinking that in order for exercise to “work” there must be a payment in sweat and muscle ache, and anything less isn’t worth doing.
In this weeks podcast Calumn and I breakdown this myth and give you a better understanding of what makes a good session and how to gauge the right amount of effort to put in in order to get the results you want.
Also, we discuss the hugely important topic of banana on burgers and the general issue of fruit on pizza.

Have a great week,
