A wise man once said that if you look back on how you used to do things and aren’t embarrassed, you’re not improving. When we start anything new it’s important to look at what we are doing and why we’re doing it in a particular way, then look for ways we can improve.
And PT is no different, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our knowledge and how we deliver our coaching, and, inevitably, we look back and shake our heads at the way we used to do things.
But it’s an important part of the process and in this week’s episode, Calumn and I look back at things we’ve changed our minds on in both training and nutrition and how we’ve improved our approaches.
