In this weeks episode, Calumn and I go over the issue of training around sickness. It’s particularly apt at the moment as Calumn has Covid and is self isolating, and I’ve just gotten over the first cold I’ve had in over 2 years.
Man, that sounds pathetic, but it was a really bad one ok! Stupid immune system.
