The “C” word

Christmas is getting closer and we’re being inundated with posts on social media on how to “survive” Christmas, so Calumn and I decided to chat about Christmas, food, exercise and how they can live peacefully together.

Whether it’s social media posts telling to run X miles to burn off your extra helping of roast potatoes, family or friends commenting on your food choices, or trying to find time for yourself either for a training session or just some down time to recharge (my fellow introverts know what I mean!), the next 2-3 weeks can be more stressful than they need to be.
